This morning temp was 32-34 deg F.
Wind was around 20-22 W , all day.

Coming home temp was 29-32 deg.

Tank is 471.2 miles , approx 150 miles remaining.
fcd = 64.8 mpg (some people say mog) , not too bad for February in Chicago.

Not driving again until Sunday morning. After I work out, I will pick up Kelly,
take her to breakfast, then to the Orchid Show at Chicago Botanical Garden.
It's her birthday. She will be 65. They're cute at that age.

way home from work tomorrow.

didn't check the wind, but obviously a headwind.

Filled up at a BP in Wood Dale.
622.5 miles, fcd =63.1 mpg.
11 miles remaining. I suspect a crooked pump.
They claim it was10.476 gallons. I'm pretty sure
I never put more than 10.2 gal at any other fillup.
Prive with BP car discount was $3.049.
There is also the possibility that car wasn't level.

Going to Minooka after work Wednesday. I will check their BP
on Ridge Rd for price. I will be there until at least Friday night
or Saturday AM. Perhaps I'll fill again at that time.

one stop at Bubblehouse, where a friendly lesbian
bartender poured me 10 oz of a nice barleywine
and about 40 min later , 5 oz of a barrel-aged imperial
stout. Oh, also a workout before Bubblehouse.

Tank = 100.2 miles, fcd = 63.9 mpg.

 

Today it was about 64 deg F when I left Minooka to head home.
Strong-ish westerly wind but didn't affect me much since the trip
home is pretty much north.
22.6 miles, fcd = 76.7 mpg.

Filled up at BP on Ridge Rd for $2.749
3.016 gallons,190.1 miles, fcd = 62.8 mpg.

Also did a 7 mile motorcycle ride and a short ride on the Giant. Knee was acting up and I've learned to listen to my body.
