    Probably well known to actual buyers, but I'm just a virtual tire kicker. :)

    My Crosstrek Hybrid does not have a spare tire either, and this vehicle is definitely expected to go off road, even if it's just my grassy/weedy, sloped backyard. :D The ground was wet and soft 2 years ago in springtime and the car was still fairly new. I almost managed to stay in electric mode, but the slope was a little bit too much and the engine started up. I was rescuing a brush cutter with transmission problems that had been "abandoned" for a year down at the bottom of the hill.

    Hi Bill:

    Amazing charts showing what occurred with the change to the Hybrid drivetrain only in 2021! If only every OEM had access to that kind of technology providing that level of real world efficiency.
