The article is OK, but the presentation of Taiwan effectiveness is much clarified by China Uncensored commentary, offered on YouTube. /now, imagine that if we spent even 1/2 the time transporting ourselves by bike or foot(in clean air) that we spend sitting in automobiles ---- the positive health benefit statistics would be staggering imo

 

I work at a health care facility. So far, hand sanitizer, gloves, and n95 masks are all backordered. I have had no issues getting anything else. We have ample TP, soap, and cleaning chemicals, and other medical supplies. I have had to get creative with ordering, going outside our normal suppliers for stuff. I may have another story in a few weeks

 

When I started hearing about tp shortages I thought outside the box. Ordered a bidet. I have the cleanest bottom around, no tp necessary.

 

Truth be told, we've had a cheap-o toilet seat attachment bidet for several years. I've gone so far as to order, install and toss one if we stay at an Airbnb for a whole week.

Amazon was sold out last we checked.

With the banning of groups of 50 or more, than 10 or more & 6 or more, I went to a 400 acre wooded, wildlife area with my binoculars. The clouds threatened rain & looked very dramatic. The air was fresh & invigorating. Saw bald eagles in the trees & on on the wing, ring-neck ducks, & mallards on the waters, & small bushtits, searching the new Spring foliage... even saw a Brown Creeper, doing standard Creeper marches up & down tree trucks! Often I never see anyone there, other than myself. This time I saw two other people. Of course, we stayed away from each other (not hard to do in nearly 2/3rds of square mile). Thusly revived, I slowly returned to the car to go home. I saw a paper slid under my windshield wiper.

In good gov't tradition, the 2/3rds of a square mile area had been closed, as hundreds of other areas must have also been closed, due to coronavirus. Just yesterday, our Governor Inslee had said enjoy a walk in the outdoors, just adhering to the 6 foot distance coronavirus rule. Oh, well.

 

I saw a group of 20-25 turkeys on the way home today. I have certainly seen turkey in
Illinois before , but never so many in one place.
