    58.9 / 2.4 - work

Tank is at 51.5 / 159 mi, juuuust below F.

It drives nice. Felt like a grandpa car, or a fleet car. Comfy, gets you threre, nothing exciting. Just too big of a car for my liking. I do like the accent lighting inside.

Next morning was 30 degrees cooler, and cold start dropped the avg mpg to 38 for the ride back to work

We're like family. Church small group. We help each other. They helped me paint and move last summer, I'm doing the same now. We'll be loading the truck Saturday to move them across town.

But why did they have to move ALL the way across town? If we were any farther apart we would be in separate counties. Both outside city limit, opposite sides. Sigh...

Ugh I know I haven't been here in a while. Well sorta, more lurking than posting.

Last two tanks in the Echo were 42.x and 43.x, but I had a 39.x tank before that. Triple whammy of using the defroster (AC), had to let someone use the car, and worst of all, the battery got flat when I parked the truck for my time-at-home and I let it idle while I unloaded my truck. Blah.

MAF was dirty...again. I cleaned it off before my current tank, but hit some heavy rain which kind of ruined my FE into work. I parked the car at 40.4mpg. I'm not sure why I'm needing to clean the MAF on a yearly basis but I have a suspicion. At any rate my fuel trims look normal once again.

Oh, traded my wife's Kia Rio for a minivan! It has a factory FCD, no idea how accurate it is. If it's close, then it's not too bad. I averaged around 28 with a lot of highway miles in Dallas; she's been getting in the 17's at home, and that's with a lot of short trips. Best of all, now that the numbers stare her in the face, she actually pays some attention to FE!
