I was looking at A3 e-tron and supposedly it will come this week in dealerships (seems delay after delay though:)). I decided to order a Sonata PHEV Limited instead which should arrive any moment (and they had a nice discount because of black Friday).

A3 has a nicer interior (did see it at autoshow) but if you want some (nowadays) basic safety features like lane assist and front collision warning the price jumps $7K since they only offer that in prestige trim.
Second 16-17 mile AER with only 86 MPGe is not great for such a small car.

The Sonata is rated 27 mile AER with 99 MPGe I believe and larger car. Not fond of interior design but it comes pretty loaded with some nice features.

    Hi Luke:

You made a smart decision as the analysis shows.

I am trying to get one for January review out of the LA Press Fleet but no luck yet. :(

Thanks Wayne. I know it won't be as efficient as Accord Hybrid/PHEV since I had a Sonata Hybrid rental car (-10% I'm guessing) but the AER is double so that will make up for it. Also cargo space seems more decent. The dealership just received 3 PHEV's but not the limited model that I'm waiting for.

I noticed the Sonata hybrid system doesn't charge when you just coast unlike the Accord but probably won't explain entire difference. Still good combined mpg nevertheless.

I'm hoping Honda/Acura comes back to hybrid/PHEV eventually.

    Hi Luke:

Honda/Acura has the HEV/PHEV in its gun sights and we should be hearing more about the new PHEV model and updated HEVs very soon.

    Hi All:

It took a while but I have some of this table stuff fixed by creating them in Word and screen shooting them back to jpgs and then centering them where they belong. I fixed the major links other than the Audi e-tron PHEV ones as I cannot find those stories right now.

Will work on the rest of the November sales reports tomorrow.
