Going in tomorrow for the recall work, and I'm scared they're going to totally screw up my current tank...
I didn't take the hit I was anticipating. My tank average only dropped to 37.2 MPG when I picked it up.
Good for you! That's a major source of irritation for me, when you take an economy vehicle to the dealer and they leave it idling with the AC running while take it around back. Dealer had my car last weekend for some work, they missed the fact I had 57 MPG on the segment recorder when I got there and it had dropped to 47 when I got the car back and AC was on when I started car. If I drive in there with a Suburban I'm obviously not worried about economy, but when it's a fuel efficient car they need to be more sensitive to my concerns.
