I am selling my hypermiler car. Just don't have the time or money to put into it, but if you are into working on cars, mabye you can get it running better! even running crappy I can get close to 60 mpg with lots of pulse and glide even a marginal runner gets good mileage when it is only running half the time haha, but if someone would put the time into getting it to run better, it might be good for 70 or 80? who knows! I won the 2008 clean mpg fuel economy challenge B division with this car, and could have won a few more, but moved up to A where I usually finished last, but finished in the middle of the pack on my last attempt. low miles, no rust. a few small hail dings and the driver side mirror was broke last spring hit and run. good tires. No back seat, took it out to make room for my fishin' stuff. no one would want to sit in it anyways haha. cool aftermarket gauges and tach. Mpguino ifcd. newer clutch. pics here: http://www.cleanmpg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=23374 800 bucks or best offer:flag:
this car would also be a good candidate for an EV conversion, it is such a lightweight car, and with the rust free body too, it could be the ultimate green machine!
come on no offers? this thing has gotten me more mpg than all hybrids in the state, (except insights)
Zzzzzzzzzzzz come on, 82 views! this car needs a home! I would like to see it go to a hypermiler! If I sell it locally it will, with its clean body, end up getting modified into a street racer or who knows what!
