Toyota kicks off Arbor Day with a Campus tree planting program

Nebraska City, NE - The Arbor Day Foundation announced the creation of the Tree Campus USA program which recognizes college campuses that are committed to planting and maintaining one of our most precious resources. That being trees. To kick off the launch, the Arbor Day Foundation and Toyota honored Northern Kentucky University as a Tree Campus USA site with a tree-planting celebration at its Highland Heights, Ky., campus. At Northern Kentucky University, a total of 50 trees will be planted during their tree-planting event. Another 50 trees will be added in early November.
