GM?s 09 Midsized vehicles tops both Honda and Toyota

DETROIT ? At 26 mpg combined, the four-cylinder, non-hybrid versions of the 2009 Chevrolet Malibu, Saturn Aura and just announced Pontiac G6 midsize sedans equipped with GM?s 2.4L I4 and the all-new six-speed automatic transmissions carry a higher EPA city, highway and combined fuel economy rating than comparably equipped Toyota Camry (21 mpg city/31mpg highway/25 mpg combined) and Honda Accord (21 mpg city/30mpg highway/24 mpg combined) models.
