Phelps dominates in 200m free

Michael Phelps equaled Mark Spitz on one level Tuesday. Phelps dominated the field in the 200m freestyle Tuesday at the Water Cube, winning in 1:42.96 and breaking his own world record in the process. It's his third gold medal of the Beijing Olympics, third world record set here and ninth career Olympic gold.
