Honda rated best on Web
With consumers increasingly turning to the Internet to do their car shopping, automotive Web sites have never been more important, said Larry Freed, president and CEO of ForeSee Results in Ann Arbor. That's why ForeSee Results decided to begin studying how satisfied customers are with their experience online, creating the first-ever Automotive Web site Satisfaction Index. ForeSee Results conducted online surveys with about 2,000 respondents who visited one of the Web sites for the nation's top six automotive brands between Aug. 1 and Nov. 2, 2007.
