Earth Hour ? 1 hour of your life for the future of the planet

Last year on March 31, 2007, 07:30 PM local, much of Sydney shut down. This was not a natural catastrophe or terrorist attack however; it was an organized grass roots movement of local citizens and business to turn off their lights for just one hour ? Earth?s finest hour. 2.2 Million People and over 2,100 Businesses took it upon themselves to do this one simple thing. They turn off the lights for all of us.
