HUNTINGTON -- When gas prices hit $3.29, that did it for Todd Miller. The Huntington resident drove his Pontiac Grand Am over to East End Cycle, plunked down $200 and bought an E-Ton, Eco-EB1, a pedal-and-battery-powered bicycle he's now riding around the city.
