Audis 150 kW DC Charging Plans

Next step in the electrification story. An A3 e-tron on a Level2 AC charger. Big DC Level3 for upcoming big traction battery BEVs are now planned. Quick charging is a key prerequisite for the future of electric mobility. While Tesla currently owns this segment with their own proprietary 120 kW Super Charging network, Audi is moving forward with their own 150 kW design based off the European Charging Interface Initiative e.V. (CharIN). This promotes technical standards in the field of Combined Charging Systems (CCS). The next step is charging with 150 kW of power.
