#CumminsSoon - Cold and hot tests. 100% of the engines are tested. In the Cold test, the dyno spins the motor. Air for leak check and fuel for pressure test on each injector. Turbo speed and all electronics. Hot test is live with fuel. Quick disconnects of fuel, air, water, and heat shields. A fluorescent die goes into the fuel and the entire assembly is blacklit looking for fuel and oil leaks. Every engine is hot tested through an 8 minute cycle.
