Common Block Assembly consists of 17 stations. Form in place gaskets - ladder frame, rear seal, heads and front covers, with machine torquing. Fuel pump install, head gasket, head install, lash adjusters. Glow plugs, 16 Roller rockers, cam shafts, timing lined with camera verification, 4 chain system from a kit, and all the locks are removed. Front cover is plasma treated and installed with cap screws. Torque machine on all of this... Cool to see it move from assembly block to an engine closing in on completion.
