NASCAR and Domestic Violence

A Delaware family court found Kurt Busch to be guilty of domestic violence "By a preponderance of the evidence" against his ex-girlfriend Patricia Driscoll. The court has now issued a protective order. At the time, Mr. Busch?s attorney at the time, Rusty Hardin, called the accusation a "[i]complete fabrication[/i]." "By manually strangling her by placing his left hand on her throat, while placing his right hand on her chin and face and smashing her head into the wall of his motor home, thereby recklessly placing (Driscoll) in reasonable fear of physical injury."
