Continental?s all-new Conti.eContact Tire

Low rolling resistance with excellent wet traction ratings. The Conti.eContact available in versions for electric cars and hybrids in Europe today. Continental has two tires that are specially designed for battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and hybrids (HEVs). Both are called Conti.eContacts and each was designed for a specific drivetrain. The 20-inch Conti.eContact for BEVs delivers rolling resistance that is approximately 30 percent lower than a conventional tire. The 17 and 18-inch Conti.eContact for HEVs was designed to achieve a reduction in rolling resistance of at least 20 percent was designed for standard cars and SUVs.
