2015 Hyundai Sonata ECO visits Hyundai Motor Manufacturing of Alabama (HMMA) in Montgomery, Alabama. It is located on 1,744 acres with more than 2 million sq.ft. of manufacturing and assembly facilities including the engines, chassis', body, interiors and everything else related to deliver Sonatas and Elantras to over 800 dealers across North America. Not only does the plant build ~ 300,000 Sonatas (first in May 2005) and Elantras - (first in November of 2010) with ~ 3, 000 employees over three shifts, this is where the 2015 Sonata ECO was and is built.
