Toyota?s ?Moving Forward? Consumer Campaign Applies to Racing Too

Toyota?s TS040 readying for the 2104 WEC Season. Toyota Racing has confirmed that it will participate with 2 cars in the 2014 FIA World Endurance Championship including the grand daddy of them all, the Le Mans 24. For the third year the driver line-up will comprise Alex Wurz, Nicolas Lapiere, Kazuki Nakajima, Anthony Davidson, S?bastien Buemi and St?phane Sarrazin. They are joined by a new test and reserve driver, Mike Conway. The big news is the new car called the TS040 Hybrid prototype designed around the new FIA WEC regulations. The car is scheduled to hit the track for the first time at the WEC official test session on March 28 ? 29.
