From the VW Jetta Hybrid to a more powerful A3 PHEV, VW/Audi can throw the production switch at any time. The Audi A3 e-tron PHEV-31 ? 31 miles all-electric range and a top all-electric speed of 81 mph. The 157 MPGe rating is a byproduct. Both the range and the MPGe are per the NEDC. Audi PHEV technology is moving along nicely as the company will be revealing its Audi A3 e-tron at the 2013 Geneva Auto Show on March 5th during Press Days.
