LPG Making Headway in Europe

Far cleaner emissions and 40% less costly per mile(s) traveled. With fuel prices in Europe dominated by taxation by upwards of 75% or more, everyone seems to be looking for an alternative. Unfortunately, Europe taxes electricity consumption almost to the point of making battery electrics unreasonably expensive to own and drive as well. And then there is LPG. Opel offers a cost-conscious public yet another alternative with the Corsa LPG bi-fuel ecoFLEX. The LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) variants of the Meriva, Astra, Zafira Tourer and Insignia will soon be available as well according to the company.
