Ford Uses Chocolate to Lose Weight?

Injection of gas during plastic molding creates a cross-section resembling an Aero chocolate bar that reduces weight, improves fuel economy and lowers emissions. In Ford?s never-ending quest to reduce weight providing lower emissions and fuel consumption, Ford engineers have taken inspiration from the Aero chocolate bar to produce lighter plastic parts by injecting gas bubbles during manufacturing.
