Monaco's Prince Albert drives environment-friendly car.
VIENNA - Prince Albert of Monaco made clear his environmental concerns at a meeting of the UN nuclear watchdog and told reporters he drives a hybrid car at home. Monaco is trying to reduce greenhouse gas emissions that are believed to cause climate change by having its buses run on bio and other alternative fuels, the prince told reporters. Monaco was also giving incentives to private car owners "for buying an electric vehicle."
