Chicago Readying for BEVs

Ford Transit Connect BEV in Chicago. Ford convened key experts from the city of Chicago and ComEd (Northern Illinois? electric utility) to discuss issues related to consumer adoption of battery electric vehicles (BEVs). Ford and other manufacturers have been working to engage utilities, city and state governments and infrastructure providers in efforts to promote the commercialization of electrified vehicles to reduce CO2 emissions and increase energy security.
