Early September Automobile Recalls

A given manufacturers ability to offer the safest and highest quality automobiles is only as good as the weakest link. Sometimes the weak links could have come from a supplier, a misunderstanding of specs, a small, poorly designed part, negligence on the part of an employee or heaven forbid an organization without the proper QC protocols in place. Even minor problems by the manufacturers including something as small missing or incorrect labeling on a decal can cause the NHTSA complaint handling system to force a recall. Hopefully and as is usually the case, the recall is concluded long before an accident or injury has occurred.
