Ford is seeing millions of British motorists running risks with their car maintenance by attempting to reduce their overall costs in the face of rising road tax and fuel costs. Eighteen percent of UK drivers interviewed have no breakdown coverage at all, while 15 percent have skipped or postponed routine servicing of their car to save money.
