Aurora, CO Police Department receives 2010 BMW R 1200 RT-P Motorcycles

2010 BMW R 1200 RT-P: 50 + mpg while offering 0 to 100 mph in < 11 seconds, 130 + mph top speed and 60 to 0 mph in < 137 ft. The motorcycle division of the Aurora PD has been running BMW RT-P bikes for a few years. Recently they took delivery of BMW?s newest authority model the R 1200 RT-P as shown. BMW police motorcycles are currently used by more than 400 agencies throughout the United States, including the State of Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, the LAPD and the Honolulu PD to name a few.
