Orders now being taken for the new VW Polo BlueMotion

The world?s most fuel-efficient five-seater: $24,024 to start and rated at an incredible 71.3 mpgUS combined on the NEDC. The redesigned Polo BlueMotion whose world premiere occurred at this year?s Geneva Motor Show can now be ordered. Thanks to an advanced version of the 75 HP, three-cylinder TDI engine and other BlueMotion-specific modifications, the new trendsetter?s fuel consumption was reduced by 22 percent compared to the conventional 74 HP Polo TDI. A record for lowest CO2 emissions from an ICE powered automobile, the new Polo BlueMotion is rated to emit just 87 g CO2/km.
