Volvo releases its own 60 + mpg car

New Volvo C30 ? 62 mpgUS combined on the NEDC. Volvo Cars has finally breached the 60 mpgUS threshold for the very first time. The new Volvo C30 DRIVe, presented at the Frankfurt International Autoshow on Tuesday, features Start/Stop technology allowing the compact C30 to achieve 61.8 mpgUS urban/extra urban combined and emits just 99 grams of CO2/km.
