Mitsubishi and Peugeot sign cooperative BEV agreement

The new Peugeot BEV - iOn The rollout of Mitsubishi?s i-MiEV will continue in Europe as both a Peugeot and Citro?n variant. Mitsubishi launched the i-MiEV BEV in Japan in June and will begin global sales of the right-hand drive vehicle this year. For Peugeot-Citro?n, the new BEV will enhance its lineup of near term low-emission vehicles including its diesel hybrid technology to be launched in 2011 on the Peugeot 3008 HYbrid4, Citro?n DS5 HYbrid4 and a Plug-In HYbrid4 diesel in 2012.
