Minivan carcass in which four children and woman were killed in wrong-way crash. Investigators revealed Tuesday that Diane Schuler had a BAC level of .19 and was high on marijuana as she drove a minivan 1.7 miles in the wrong direction on the Taconic State Parkway in Westchester County. She collided head-on with a Chevrolet TrailBlazer in one of the worst crashes in the New York region in memory.
