EcoBoost production begins in Ohio plant

Cleveland Engine No. 1 employee John Baisden builds an EcoBoost engine as Ford's Cleveland Engine Plant No. 1 resumes production to become the first Ford manufacturing site in the world to produce EcoBoost engines. Ford's EcoBoost has a lot of potential if sized properly for FE. Ford Motor Co. is confident that consumers will embrace its new fuel-efficient engine, called EcoBoost, even though gas prices are almost $1.50 less per gallon than they were a year ago.
