Team Peugeot?s 24-Hours of Le Mans Preview

March's 12-Hours of Sebring and last weekend's 1000 Km de Spa rounded off Team Peugeot Total's preps for the 2009 24-Hours of Le Mans. The main aim of the Peugeot squad in the Belgian Ardennes was to continue dialing in the 908 Turbo-diesels ahead of the famous French endurance race while at the same time, adding more victories to Peugeot?s collection. Both of the Peugeot 908 HDi?s entered the Belgian race and succeeded in reaching the checkered flag gather further vehicle information for the team. After taking number one and two during qualification, both cars began on the pole. Missing was their nemesis in the form of the three Audi R15?s that will also be competing for the checkered at the 24-hours of Le Mans.
