Given some of the write-ups from the 2018 Ford F-150 with the 3.0L Power Stroke short lead, the EcoDiesel equipped RAM 1500 may still be the most efficient engine offered in a full sized pickup truck today. We already know it would trounce the Compact Colorado/Canyon's own 2.8L I4 TD offering.

All-in, I am seeing 4WD variants with some pkg. extras running in the $52k range at retail. Knock off the $14k and this is one very well equipped and fuel efficient pickup for those that actually need a pickup.

Hi Wayne, "Colorado/Canyon's own 2.8L V6 TD offering" Wait I though that was a 4Cyl??

The same truck in the pictures with all that interior goodies for like high 30s???

    Hi George:

Yes, the 2.8L I4 and that truck with all the stuff for around $36k! The pics are of the Longhorn and Limited but the std. Laramie is pretty close to those.

Incredible price for all that std. equipment imho.
