I have a 2000 Accord, so no FCD. Is there anyway I can get fuel consumption information without paying $150 for a scangauge? I believe there are bluetooth OBD2 readers, so you can get the results on a smart phone, but do they work as well as a scangauge?
Hi Hypo: I have been selling them for $135 for years. If you want one for $100 shipped, let me know. Wayne
Ive got a Bluetooth obd2 reader and torque app on the phone. When driving in the Elantra it set off a couple warning lights, i forget which but its in a thread in here somewhere. When driving with the obd2 reader in my Sierra it sets off the service traction control system warning message. Never had any trouble with the scan gauge in the 3 different vehicles i ran it in. Your results may vary.
