Why does a Dodge Grand Caravan start at $22,470 in Buffalo but a similar van costs $25,912 in Toronto? A growing number of Canadians are voicing their outrage over the disparity in prices between similar vehicles sold in both countries. The concern also has prompted at least one class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers.
