Peugeot making HEV waves in Paris

Poster: xcel (see this users gallery) The most interesting concept bike on display at this weeks Paris Autoshow is Peugeot’s HYmotion3 Hybrid. Built as a semi-enclosed 3-wheel scooter, it is propelled by (2) 4HP in-wheel hub electric motors from the front and a 20 HP supercharged 125 cc engine from the rear. The (2) in-wheel hub motors can propel the HyMotion3 in electric only mode up to 6 mph and provide assist for the std. 125CC engine all the way up to its maximum speed of 68 mph.
