Poster: xcel (see this users gallery) Floods in Iowa this spring left rural states submerged and auctioned vehicles from that disaster, another Hurricane Gustav or anything else that rears its waterlogged head as storm season winds down, could reach car buyers. From the looks of the Web video I watched this weekend of Hurricane Gustav slipping from a Category 3 to a Category 1 across the Gulf Coast, it looks like we dodged a bullet this time around.
