Poster: xcel (see this users gallery) Tokyo -- Mitsubishi, Southern California Edison (SCE) and Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) have forged a unique collaboration for testing and evaluation of the new iMiEV battery electric vehicle (BEV). Extensive iMiEV testing has been conducted over the past two years with seven major utility companies in Japan. The success of these programs quickened the pace and prompted Mitsubishi Motors to begin selling the BEV in the Japan market in summer of 2009.
