What I've determined is that a lot of Diesels have to kill their ICE so the person on the other end can hear them when they order through the speaker, but if he did it more than once, that's great :-)

That's not a diesel truck. I would think his exhaust system was shot a little by looking at the truck and the cigarette going out the window.
