Saint Paul Mayor Chris Coleman, Toyota Group Vice President Bob Carter and Minneapolis Park Board President Tom Nordyke spoke about the unique benefits of the partnership with a showcase of six hybrid vehicles, similar to the vehicles each city will be receiving, were on display.
