In the peaceful delta town of Rio Vista, the two trailer trucks, parked behind a wire fence, give just a hint of what is near them, hulking out of sight in a cavernous research building. One of the trucks has "Spirit of America" written on it, and shows a picture of one of the quickest cars around, something that looks like a winged rocket crouched on wheels.
