Never mind that it sounds like a modern day medical device for octogenarians, the Etherea is Infiniti’s idea of its next generation entry level compact luxury hybrid. While the flowing language surroundings its interior and exterior appearance could make you puke, it is an attractive design study that was designed to look good while providing excellent fuel economy.
