Ducati One Step Closer to its Assault on Pike’s Peak

Poster: xcel (see this users gallery) Ducati’s two Multstrada 1200’s will make their racing debut in the “Race to the Clouds”, set to take place June 27th at Colorado’s Pike’s Peak. Following on the heels of our last Ducati write-up, Ducati to Make an Assault On Pikes Peak, the Spider Grips Ducati team officially revealed itself to the public two Friday’s ago at the Ducati of Newport Beach dealership. A reception for the team was held from 5 to 7 PM where both riders turned up for the event with two of the race bikes already in the first phase of modification for the assault on Pike’s Peak. Also on display was the Hypermotard 1100 the same team took to victory in 2008.
