European Automobile Safety is defined by EuroNCAP

Poster: xcel (see this users gallery) The European New Car Assessment Program (Euro NCAP) dedicates itself to the safety of new cars. In its most recent release, ten of twelve vehicles achieved Euro NCAP’s maximum award of five stars overall. However, two of the twelve results released make an important point: the consumer can never be too complacent when it comes to brand loyalty. Recent surveys have shown that one of the top factors influencing a consumer’s new vehicle purchase is the perception of a given brands reliability. Results from the latest Euro NCAP crash test results reveal that some once lowly brands surprise and those on top now disappoint due to their preconceived ideas of safety.
