Honda unveils the Activa Scooter to India

Poster: xcel (see this users gallery) New Delhi, India -- Honda India Pvt. Ltd., Honda’s 2-wheel subsidiary, unveiled the all-new Honda Activa. Carrying on a legacy, the new Activa now comes with much more modern styling, better fuel economy and plethora of new features not seen on a scooter in India previously. Currently one of the most desired scooters in the Indian marketplace, the all-new Activa will easily improve upon its already stoic reputation. Powered by 110cc Honda engine, the New Activa increases FE by 15% over the previous generations mill. Including better FE, a Combi-front and rear braking mechanism in the Deluxe version will be the first scooter on the Indian market to include this feature. This technology enables shorter braking distance and stable braking for a new rider.
