Ford is becoming a Juggernaut but does the public recognize it yet?

Poster: xcel (see this users gallery) Dearborn, MI. – Ford is still moving forward with its rapid quality improvement plan and has now surpassed Honda in initial vehicle quality. This is the first time in the company’s history that customer satisfaction with initial vehicle quality has surpassed the much vaunted Asian Automaker, a new survey shows. In the same survey, Ford is in a statistically tied dead heat with Toyota at the top of the industry in initial vehicle quality according to the 2009 U.S. Global Quality Research System (GQRS) survey. Their could be a bit of bias involved as the survey is conducted quarterly for Ford by RDA Group of Bloomfield Hills, MI. When the next JD Power IQS announcements are revealed, we will have rock solid evidence that Ford’s revival is not just a flash in the pan.
