Hi all

For those who want to read a document I tracked down awhile back while researching a Ford Engineer:

Mr. Kuang received the 2005 Henry Ford Technology Award, which is the
highest technical achievement recognition and most prestigious award in the
Ford Motor Company.

Carl and others here may want to take a look at this paper on the FEH.
