Wow I'm suprised you havent had more corrosion issues. I used to work near the NASA space center in Houston. 23 ft above msl and we had allot of corrosion problems with relays switches etc. and that was in the late 70s. I would definately keep extra critical relays. Good thing the generator/motors are inside the transmission. I would also worry about the HV battery getting the allot air into it. You might try some desicant bags or paper before the filter might help with this.
